This is easy to make, and the sauce is incredible! It had great texture and paired well with some simple but tasty chicken.
I pounded the chicken per the recipe, but it needed twice the amount of cooking time since it plumped back up. Next time, I will either butterfly the chicken or find much thinner pieces.
