Absolutely delicious... HOWEVER, I did increase the amount of seasonings as I'm familiar with seasoning profiles to ratio of meat (lol). But seriously though, if you find this recipe to be "bland" I suggest doubling+ the dried seasonings because the amount posted in the recipe simply isn't enough for 2 pounds of ground beef!
*** So: 2 Tsp Italian... 1 Tsp freshly cracked black pepper... 2 Tsp paprika. *I also added about 1 Tsp of Mrs. Dash Table Blend seasoning (salt free version).* I also added an entire head of garlic, maybe 10 cloves, because I genuinely love the taste of garlic ๐.
I made the sauce exactly as is.
Trust my review, I just took a piece off the corner to taste & literally licked the plate CLEAN!!!!!
