Seriously great potato soup. I par boil my potatoes so I do t risk burning the milk while the potatoes cook. I also cut up more potatoes than needed. After I add in the sour cream I use my immersion blender to get everything really blended and to crush up some of the potatoes. Really helps to thicken up soup. The sour cream is so good. Definitely follow the recipe and start with the bacon grease - really helps.
