I followed the recipe with the exception of swapping coconut oil with olive. I sadly only had about a tsp orange zest, so I added some cinnamon, and just a whisper of fresh grated nutmeg. With more orange zest, I think it would have been great too!
I use a propane oven and this was done closer to 30 min so check it when you start to smell it.
Will make this again for sure.
