We LOVED it! I tweaked it a bit only because I had stuff in my fridge to use up. I added 1/4 of a green cabbage chopped and a tablespoon or two of vegetable oil to the leeks, butter and garlic while sautéing and before adding the chicken broth. After pressure cooking everything, I added another 1/2 cup of chicken broth and about 1/2 cup of whipping cream before mixing with my hand bender. All it needed in the end was another sprinkle of salt and it was amazing!! Sorry, no picture, we ate it with a loaf of Asiago/parmesan bread we bought at a farmers market. Delicious!!
