This was tasty and delicious! I didn't realize that the chickpeas were going to be used as a crunchy topping, so I would recommend following the instructions carefully and drying them off after you rinse them before cooking. Be sure to set them aside and only use them as a topping. The instructions were a bit confusing in that regard.
