I have some mixed feelings about this recipe.
The flavor of the sauce is great; my family loved it.
However, the meatballs didn't have hardly any flavor. I even added extra garlic, but it didn't make much of a difference.
The noodles absorbed all of the sauce, I was a little disappointed, as the family loves lots of sauce. If you add some more crushed tomatoes, paste, and broth, you should be good to go. I'll update my review once I cook this again.
EDIT: I have finally nailed the recipe. Add a total 4 cups of chicken broth and another can of tomato sauce. That'll give you saucey noodles! Go heavy with the parsley, Parmesan, garlic and red pepper flakes in the meatballs. Just double everything in the meatballs honestly (except for the meat).
