Ok, I tried again and…. Success! I bought a different brand of egg whites and used COLD water. Hope this helps! Btw, don’t ever let the “Karen’s” of the world tell you that you suck.

My first shot is in the oven but it took a VERY VERY long time to whip the whites into peaks. I'm using "Judee's Dried Egg Whites". And, WoW, "R" sorry you're having such an angry elf day ...
