Wasn’t sure about the crumb topping at first, but these turned out wonderful according to everyone who ate them. Made a big batch for work and a batch for my husband’s employees. My residents (SNF) loved the cookies and many employees told me they were the best cookie I’ve ever made and one woman even said this was the best cookie she’s ever had and asked for more to be made. I do recommend making more icing than called for so you can give a healthy drizzle across the cookies. The crumb topping makes a lot so don’t be stingy!
