Really good flavor! Had to sub Hillshire Farm Andouille sausage- no Italian in the house. Had a few unexpected guests so I had to stretch the original (which was awesome) I added some sliced baby carrots, a can of chick peas, some cherry tomatoes- more garlic and spices because... I also threw in some Penne pasta. ( had 5 extra guests!) Guess iyou van add whatever you have and ot turns out fabulous.
