I used my air fryer and cooked the chicken on the rotisserie setting before hand then shredded it for the chili. I used 2 can of the cannellini beans and 1 can of light red kidney beans. I did t have diced tomatoes so I used some .I'll picante sauce and it added a bit if a kick. I put it all in my slow cooker and cooked it on low for 5 hours. I also cut up tortillas and fried them up for added crisp. It was delicious. I will definitely make it again
