White Chicken Chili

I'll puree the two can of cannelini beans next time as I'd like it to be thicker. I topped my bowl with sour cream, crushed tortilla chips, lime juice and Avacado. Delicious

Husband and I liked it. Made it 2nd time for parents but left out cayenne (and never have coriander) and it was still flavourful. I like it best with an extra can of beans for more puréed creaminess.

Made this twice now. Love it.

I am dairy free, so I put the cream cheese in the bowls instead of while it cooks. Amazing every time!

Delicious!! I did add an additional 2 cans of cream of chicken and an extra cup of water to rinse out the can/add some volume. Also added a can of northern beans because 2 cans of beans wasn't enough for me. The friend I cooked this with suggested using celery along with the onion next time.

I used a can or regular chicken broth and a can of water instead of two cans of low sodium chicken broth. I also used half a block of Philadelphia cream cheese instead of the one listed in the recipe. This soup was delicious!

Made this for a party and everyone loved it. It was a huge hit! Depending on your spice level, you could definitely make it a little spicier. We just provided hot sauce for some guests who are hot fanatics lol.

I used 3 shredded chicken breasts. Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. It was good.

I used ground chicken and cooked it with the onions and garlic and added better than bouillon to get more chicken flavor. Delicious

Very flavourful. Frozen chicken was fine. 3 breasts with 3 cups of broth. Used cream cheese to thicken. Cilantro and avocado. Will make again for the kids

Have made this a couple times. Crowd please every time! Not the most kid friendly as the green child give it a little kick, but my kids are a little extra sensitive to spice.

We did not grind the beans and it turned out great!

I used my air fryer and cooked the chicken on the rotisserie setting before hand then shredded it for the chili. I used 2 can of the cannellini beans and 1 can of light red kidney beans. I did t have diced tomatoes so I used some .I'll picante sauce and it added a bit if a kick. I put it all in my slow cooker and cooked it on low for 5 hours. I also cut up tortillas and fried them up for added crisp. It was delicious. I will definitely make it again

This was amazing! I used red-pepper flakes in place of the adobe chili seasoning, bc I didn’t have any, & it was still so delicious!

Bake chicken breasts at 450 with olive oil and 1 tsp each chili powder and cumin, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, salt and pepper. Use hand mixer to shred: use about 1lb in soup (eyeball). Add additional 2 cups water with stock. Use only 1 cup of corn. Add everything except lime juice after initial simmer. Do not add cilantro directly to soup. Add lime juice right before eating. Serve with cilantro, sour cream, chips, avocado, and cornbread on the side.

Very spicy, meaning if you don't like a lot of obvious taste, do 1/4 tsp for the spices. Otherwise very tasty. I also did it in a crockpot.

I like this as a break from regular chili. I add extra beans and also add poblano peppers sometimes. Not too much to say other than it is easy and yummy!

Cashew milk instead of cream cheese

I made half the quantity but same amount of spice. It was too spicy, so will dial back the spice next time. Also marinated and cooked the chicken with the same spice blend. Overall super delish and cozy.

Loved it! Doubled the recipe but only used 8 oz of low fat cream cheese - still creamy and delicious. Added quite a bit extra of all seasonings as well as chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.

. Add jalepeno plus another can of beans, maybe kidney beans. Can also add carrots, celery. Maybe add rottelle. Can use raw chicken in instant pot, check natashas chicken chili or goggle

I doubled the amount of meat.

I find it needs a bit more cumin and I add white pepper also. Great recipe! Definitely a go-to for us!

Warm up neufchatel slightly in the microwave and then stir in some hot broth to prevent clumps in the soup.

1/4 tsp salt and pepper per 4 cups broth (as written); 2 cans chickpeas instead of chicken; mash 2 cups beans and add the vegan cream cheese in with the beans to smooth

I love this recipe. I use it as a base and always add small diced carrots and celery, spinach at the end, more beans, and hominy instead of corn. I also add a generous helping of chili powder—it turns it pink, but i miss the flavor without it. It’s a real treat.

I'd add a jalapeno for some extra heat, an extra can of beans. For a delicious vegetarian version, sub the chicken for 2 cans of jackfruit. Similar texture to shredded chicken

Phenomenal. My kids asked for thirds! I had mine over spaghetti squash to increase the veggie content but would have loved it just as much with the squash. Oh I added buffalo wild wings mango habanero sauce to my bowl to increase the heat as I like my food much more spicier than my kiddos like their food.

I blend 1 can of cannelli beans & sub great Northern Beans forthe beans I use in the chili. Better texture & taste. Sub Goya chicken bouillon powder+add'l .5cup-1cup water per instructions. Sub canned white chicken in water-drained if not enough shredded chicken. Top w/Southwestern tortilla strips, cilantro, & green onions. Don't salt unless needed at last 10mins of cooking.
