Didn't read the recipe very closely, so I ended up cooking it too long. I also added the raisins and coconut before baking which was a mistake. Will probably try it again and try to be more accurate!
Edit: made it again to today, and was careful to not over cook it. Let it harden on the pan for a couple hours while I was gone. Came back, and it broke up nicely into larger chunks and then crumbly pieces. Sooo good! Ate too much today 🤭 used honey, coconut oil, chopped almonds and cashews, and no add-ins this time. Addictive!
