A delicious recipe, it got rave reviews from the family. The recipe made a good two dozen, rather than just one, but are nice and fluffy muffins. The tartness of the cranberries pairs well with the sweet orange drizzle, and they go really well with coffee!
They’re easy to make, and quick- I think they’d make a good weekend breakfast treat, or as a dessert.
