It was really good. I didn’t use any refried beans because it would resemble dog food mixing it with the taco meat. I wouldn’t be able to get the image out of my head. Anyway, it tastes like a taco. I used corn tortillas instead of flour. I also did 2 cans cream of mushroom. Next time I may add corn and/or olives. Might add chopped tomatoes and lettuce on top after it’s baked.
