The sauce is like if teriyaki & thanksgiving ham glaze had a baby. It’s pretty good, a little too salty, would cut back on the soy sauce next time or salt the fish less. I added a teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken the sauce some. Overall this a great dish and will make it again! Came together very quickly and husband approved!
