soooooo good but very spicy. i was under the impression that berbere was NOT spicy, so im happy that i opted out of the red chili flakes, because it ended up being a bit too hot for my liking. i also substituted the chicken for tofu. i think next time i will sub half of the berbere for turmeric to still give it a nice rich flavor and color without being too hot.
