Really simple and tasty.
I toss the sprouts in chili oil as well, and season them the same as the chicken, though- ginger, garlic, chili powder. Not sure why you wouldn't.
I also mix the sweet chili with some liquid aminos (2tbsp) and a hefty squirt of gochujang before I toss and air fry to caramelize. I also prefer to use chicken thighs, as they're tastier than chicken breasts and more tender. And I air fry the sprouts separately from the chicken initially and then add them all together when I toss in the sauce before returning to the air fryer to caramelize.
