I basically used the same ratios as the recipe but eyeballed everything and def used extra sweet potato at least by numbers (by cups might be the same). I used five or six large sweet potatoes, two normal onions, three bell peppers, two bags of kale (filled the gray colander bowl to overflowing u squished and next time I would do three bags), a whole head of garlic. Garnish I did avocados, ají, cilantro, green onions.
Instructions wise start with bacon/sausage but then do sweet potatoes since they take the longest. Once they're close to ready add onion and bell pepper, then after a while garlic and spices (I added turmeric also) and a little aji and kale then meat at the end
