So we used a pan instead of an instapot, we started out with chopping the raw chicken into chunks and then pouring the sauce over and cooking until the chicken was done. Then we removed the chicken and added the thickener and let the sauce cook for a little bit and tossed the chicken back in. I added more red pepper flakes which made it have a nice little kick! Served over rice with a side of broccoli and it was a great dinner! Hubby says that this is a new favorite and I have to make it when he’s sick.
