As you can see, I didn't add the icing. I also didn't roll the cookie dough in confectionery sugar but I did roll them in the granulated sugar. These are delicious 😋 They have a unique flavor and texture but are very good. The only thing I had to do differently with this recipe was that I had to refrigerate the dough for a few hours in order to make it easier to handle. Other than that, no other adjustments made. I will definitely make these again.
