Very divisive dish! I LOVED it, but my partner is not a fan at all. If you’re accustomed to cinnamon in lamb or beef, I think you’ll have a better time traversing this atypical use for pumpkin. Some folks haven’t tried it out of pies! It’s savory, excellent texture, so fragrant and a member of my clean plate club for sure!
