← Replies in Cowboy Casserole with Cornbread and Chicken Recipe

I used leftover Mexican cornbread and substituted cream of mushroom for cream of chicken. It's all I had in the pantry. I will add a little salt next time. Pretty good little recipe, especially when you have leftover cornbread to use.
