Excellent. The gravy was the best I have ever made. I had a 2.5 lb eye round and cooked it for 20 minutes at 450, then 30 minutes at 325. (I may shorten the time at 325 to 25 min next time). I then put it on the cutting board covered in tin foil for 20 minutes. The meet was perfect as was the gravy.
