Fabulous. I subbed 2 tsp cocoa powder for the protein powder and added extra honey. winner! edit: today I substituted half of the milk for vanilla yogurt, which made it sweeter and a bit thicker 😋 edit: it’s christmas time so I substituted half the milk for eggnog. I know that makes it decidedly less healthy but it tasted fabulous.

By the way is tsp table spoon or tea spoon ? And what is eggnog ??

teaspoon. eggnog is a holiday drink made of cream, sugar, and eggs.
