Oh wow, so yummy. Didn't use bacon at all. My old man can't chew it, not even the bacon bits. Used dried minced onion. Eyeballed the seasonings, added a splash of marsala, and actually measured out the heavy cream. I eyeballed the cheese, too. Very delicious.
