I like to roast the broccoli instead of steaming it. I roast the broccoli with red onions for 25 minutes at 425°. I also velvet the beef before searing to optimize the tenderness. So, I'll velvet the beef using the cornstarch method, then rinse and dry, sear the beef in a hot pan for two minutes or so each side, then add in the sauce and thicken, toss in the veggies and serve over rice. Definitely a weekly favorite
