Pictured here with mustard and brown sugar glazed salmon. The beans were hearty and comforting - the herb oil became more of a pesto because I wanted more flavour.
Based on notes, I used a can of beans per person and there were zero leftovers. If it’s just the beans you’re eating (ie no salmon) I’d go for 3 tins per 2 people.
