I forgot oyster sauce, which I think would have enhanced the flavor, but overall pretty good. More like a chive box than a pancake as they are quite thick, but fairly satisfying. I feel like I needed to tinker with the heat and oil levels for cooking a bit more, some got over saturated with oil, other were difficult to cook. Also, the dough is STICKY - after creating the pancake with the filling, I would drop it in the pan, flour the top slightly and also the back of a spatula, and press it down - this method worked fairly well for me.
