Mild spice, a bit of chopping to do (as per my standards) and overall easy. I bought Japanese Curry spice from a spice store, but it is also available in Asian supermarkets. Japanese curry smells and tastes fruitier. Very happy with the outcome, great for multiple dishes throughout the week.
