I used shiitake and white mushrooms as I had them on hand and used sour cream as I had no cream in the house. Ended up a bit broken, even after a couple hits with an immersion blender. But end result was really yummy 😅 Absolutely delicious. Absolutely will be making again. Adding fried oyster mushrooms to everything now.
