SO yum. Saute onion, celery, and 1/4 inch ish pieces of garden carrots in butter. 1 bag (2 cups) Diced frozen Rotisserie chicken. 5 mins pressure cook, quick release then cook egg noodles for 9 mins on saute and turn off. Best soup and so fast!
