This is a very westernized butter chicken recipe. I doubled the spices and add them to the onions in the pan in a traditional style. Even then, the consistency of the butter chicken was on the line of pulled pork, not a creamy gravy. It was fantastic in sandwiches with cilantro, not so much on rice.
