Chops turned out perfectly done. I had one inch chops and it took longer to make than the recipe states but that seems to always be the case for me. Fortunately, I have a meat thermometer so no big deal. The sauce is excellent, although I did add an extra teaspoon of honey to suit my tastes. Will definitely make again and will thicken the sauce with a corn starch slurry as another reviewer suggested. I think this sauce would be great over rice.
