These are very nice! The fall spices and apples are nice and cozy! I will say though, that the dough is very thick, so chilling it for a bit before rolling made rolling it much easier. Also, because of the moisture from the apples, it can be a tad tricky to tell if they are fully cooked or not -- 25 minutes worked great! Overall, very nice, sweet cookie for fall!
