For a serving for 2, I doubled the heavy cream. I cooked the garlic for 2 minutes, added 1 large diced shallot & a diced peperoncino for heat. Cooked the pasta in the sauce for about 60 seconds then added 100g of spinach for another 60 seconds. Salt & pepper to taste.
