Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, drizzle extra virgin olive oil and add garlic cloves. Sizzle for a couple of minutes.

Add heavy cream, the lemon zest, a pinch of salt and let your sauce simmer for a couple of minutes.

Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding some pasta water if necessary.
