We make this every time we make wings in our house. Every time we try a different sauce, we're just sad it's not this one!
The crunch is incredible, and the sauce has intense flavor–it's a very good sweet, savory, and sticky sauce.
It can be a bit of a labor compared to baked wings, but it's 100% worth it in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend leaving any of the optional ingredients out (except for maybe the peanuts?), but we have substituted spicier peppers and still really liked it.
