Did a bit over 1 cup of sugar instead of 1 ½ cups. Added a pinch of salt. Used homemade pumpkin purée, 2 cups instead of around 1.8. Added dark chocolate chips to one loaf and chopped walnuts to the other. Delicious! None of the flavours were overpowering, but it wasn't bland. The dark chocolate chips really complimented it and made it taste even better, while the walnuts made it look very pretty and added a nice crunch - both add-ins were great choices, although I prefered the dark chocolate chips. Cooked at 350° for around 50 minutes.
