One of the best things I've ever made. Not much else to say. I did just 3 thighs, 30 minutes on the stove and 20 uncovered in the oven. I could have gone 25 and 15. But it's hard to change anything when the chicken could be cut with a fork and the flavor from the peppers and wine was so good!
