This came out great!
I salted my pork chops in the am. Didn't have brown gravy mix so I used Au Jus mix and the gravy came out awesome.
The natural release on meat really helps the meat come out perfect.
It was a tad salty but maybe next time I won't salt the pork chops as heavily in advance .
