Instant Pot Pork Chops with Gravy

Love the gravy! And the chops come out tender like pulled pork. Great for rice or mashed potatoes.

The porkchops were tender and the gravy was amazing.

We LOVED this but found it a little too salty, so i will definitely be reducing that next time. I also didn't use ranch or brown gravy. I just used stock cubes instead.

This came out great! I salted my pork chops in the am. Didn't have brown gravy mix so I used Au Jus mix and the gravy came out awesome. The natural release on meat really helps the meat come out perfect. It was a tad salty but maybe next time I won't salt the pork chops as heavily in advance .

Cooked on low for 6-8 hours in crockpot

Gravy too salty

I doubled the recipe for my family and had mashed potatoes and green beans with it. Everyone loved it, kids even had seconds! There was plenty of gravy so we all put extra gravy on our pork chops, delicious!

Not bad! I have a smaller Instant Pot, so I used 2 thick-cut pork chops and kept the gravy recipe as-is. I had some trouble with my Instant Pot, so they ended up overcooked, but the flavor was good. I'll have to try making then again sometime.

The flavor was good but the pork chops weren't tender. Not sure what happened.

Pork chops were moist and it made a nice gravy. I threw fingerling potatoes, whole in with this and they turned out perfect
