I used a little over 2lbs of chicken, it turned out great! I did not do the bay leaf, and used minced garlic instead of cloves because it's what I had. Next time I'll only do half an onion, one additional can of cream of chicken but a cupish less of broth to make it creamier. Maybe more pepper, some sort of other spice to lessen how sweet it was.
