Added a 1/4 tsp Italian Herbs, subbed 1/4 tsp of the black pepper with lemon pepper and based on the other comments, used a bit of the left over dredge flour made a slurry and used it to thicken the sauce before adding in the chicken at the end for it's 3min cook (to make sure it's cooked properly). Was a delicious meal served in buttery mash!
