I’d make this again, but would put the chicken on a rack so the breading doesn’t get soggy on the underside. It was quick and easy though. I used Asiago with rosemary from Trader Joe’s and swapped the oregano for more rosemary. Would prob go lighter on the salt next time as well since the cheese has a bit in it

Yeah salt and pepper is always to taste. My family has 2 extremists lol. My sister ton of salt, then brother like never uses it lol
