I made mine on the stovetop and let it simmer for 3 hours. Followed exactly and it was fantastic! Hubby is a big chili fan and raved about this one! Not sure why some reviewers said this was soupy. Mine was nice and thick like it should be. Maybe making in an instant pot changes it to more soup like? Will be making again.
