I have to laugh at the comments that this is hard to do, I'm a reluctant cook & I thought it was easy!
I made it using Ninja Foodi and found the chicken was dry, I wonder if it's more powerful than an Instant Pot, it certainly gets to pressure quicker than my IP did. I will give it another go with reduced time. I found it to be tasty, I only added a 1/4 cup of parmesan it would have been far too salty for me otherwise. I wanted a good amount of sauce so didn't reduce it too much.
