Instant Pot Chicken With Mushrooms

Possibly add bell peppers next time.

Not too bad. I added Spinach. Used Mozzarella cheese because that's what I had.

I have to laugh at the comments that this is hard to do, I'm a reluctant cook & I thought it was easy! I made it using Ninja Foodi and found the chicken was dry, I wonder if it's more powerful than an Instant Pot, it certainly gets to pressure quicker than my IP did. I will give it another go with reduced time. I found it to be tasty, I only added a 1/4 cup of parmesan it would have been far too salty for me otherwise. I wanted a good amount of sauce so didn't reduce it too much.

Delicious. Served with noodles

Great recipe! I added about a tsp of flour at the very end to thicken the sauce a little.

Very salty. I used canned mushrooms and a lot more parmesan than it called for so that could have something to do with that. It’s good but not worth the work. I’ll come up with an easier way to make this.

I'm trying to figure out how this is too much work. Literally brown chicken, saute mushrooms, throw it all in the pot together with liquid, then add cheese and cream. Tenders only 3 min then quick release.

Increased the italian seasoning by 1/4 tsp. Will use a touch less broth next time. Love it and will definitely make again.

This recipe was so easy and incredibly flavorful. I did opt out of using the heavy cream and used a skim milk slurry instead. Will definitely be making this again!
