This recipe was excellent! I used ground Impossible Sausage (savory flavor) instead of sausage links. I used one less cup of stock, as I prefer my stuffing more on the crispy side. Took it to a work Thanksgiving potluck and had several people tell me it was their favorite dish of the 30 there. They had no clue it was vegan until I told them!
