I have to keep making these because somehow half of the damn roll disappears overnight.
I have literally not been able to keep this in my fridge for more than 3 days.
It's soooo good.
As a note, I've made this multiple times, and I actually made it incorrectly once by reversing the order of mixing the dry and wet ingredients. It didn't necessarily ruin the pumpkin roll but the texture was off.
